Limited 10 Year Warranty:

Buyers Products Company warrants all Scoop Dogg Snow Pushers to be free of defects in material & workmanship for a term of 10 years from the purchase date.  Terms, Conditions and exceptions are listed below:

Buyers Products solely reserves the right to determine and/or authorize repair or return under all terms of a warranty claim.  All returns and/ or warranty work must receive PRIOR approval from Buyers Products Company to be eligible for compensation.

Warranty registration must be completed on-line within 30 days of purchase.  Registration information must be complete and accurate to activate warranty.  Failure to properly register may result in voiding all warranty claims.

All shipping and handling charges related to a return / warranty claim are the sole responsibility of the owner.  Any returned pusher must be received as FOB Buyers Products Facility.

Warranty is in place for original owner (purchaser) listed on warranty registration.  Transfer of ownership to any other party will void warranty.  Owner should maintain all sales receipts and information in order to verify original ownership.

Failure to reasonably maintain the equipment during the warranty period may result in claim denial.  For instance, properly maintaining finished surfaces in order to adequately seal all bare metal.

Exceptions to Warranty:

All Wear Parts (including):  Wear Shoes, Paint, Hardware, Cutting Edges, etc

Any unauthorized non-factory alteration or repair to any component or pusher unit.

Any and all damage as a result of Operator Error, Accidental Impact, Negligence or Misuse.

Buyers Products Company does not warrant this product for any use other than its intended / advertised function.  Buyers Products Company will not assume any liability for property damage or personal injury that may occur as a result of the use of the product.
